I have to emphasise that I receive exceptional good service from Fanie Coetzee and Hannetjie Kuit,the two Kimberley based valuers on both commercial and agri requests they are always willing to help or give input when asked, we get good turnaround times and communicate on a regular basis. If they have a problem in terms of workflow, they spontaneously communicate with me if a valuation is going to take a bit longer... and ask if it will be acceptable to me

They are open for discussions and prepare to discussion differences of opinion (occured only two times past 2 years) and refer it (negative or positive) for additional opinions/recommmendtions.
