Candidate valuers at Spectrum work under a professional supervisor as part of their practical training. Spectrum has also developed a Commercial Candidate Valuers training programme to accelerate training and development of its staff. The Spectrum Mentorship Programme is targeted at young, talented, dynamic, driven individuals who are looking at establishing a career in the property valuation industry.

The Spectrum Mentorship Programme is a nationwide campaign and will cover a wide range of items including property valuation, administration skills as well as management skills. At the end of the programme the individuals would be able to evaluate Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property.
